Mod Spotlight: QuickTurn
Enhance your skating prowess with QuickTurn, a mod that introduces a new ability in Bomb Rush Cyberfunk. Master the art of the skid animation and unleash a variety of maneuvers to turn swiftly and stylishly in any direction you choose!
Summary
QuickTurn adds a new ability for players to utilize in Bomb Rush Cyberfunk. By holding back while on the ground, you can initiate a skid animation, during which you can perform a range of actions to execute turns in different directions.
While in the skid animation, you can choose to slide, jump, perform a trick, execute a boost trick, or simply wait for it to end. Each variation serves a different purpose and offers varying returns of speed.
- Slide: Retains almost all of your speed and is ideal for turning or moving forwards again.
- Jump: Retains less speed but sends you backward.
- Trick: Retains less speed still but allows you to go in any direction.
- Boost Trick: Retains nearly all of your speed and can go in any direction like the normal trick.
